1. How long does it take to get my order?
In stock orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. All other lead times are rare, but will be listed on the individual product pages.
Custom jerseys and uniforms can take up to 3-5 weeks to be completed and shipped.
2. What if I placed an order with the wrong information or size?
(NOTE: You MUST include your order number in the email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Without the correct order number in the email, we cannot locate the order and then address the issues in a timely manner. It IS the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary information so that we can provide the best service possible.)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Not all products are applicable for returns, refunds, or exchanges so read product descriptions carefully.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may attach screenshots of your confirmation email, of course.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Again, Not all products are applicable for returns, refunds, or exchanges so read product descriptions carefully. (M-F and No Holidays)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and you have been approved more than 7 business days prior: First, contact your bank and your card holder. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you weren't satisfied with the information provided, please contact us at email@example.com using the subject header "Refund"
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or we made an error. If you need to exchange it for the same item or in a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and issue in the subject field. We will contact you shortly after. Again, not all products are applicable for returns, refunds or exchanges so read product descriptions carefully.

Inside the package, include a note stating the original order number and the item(s) you desire in exchange(or refund)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the reason is other than our error, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
